Reflexiones para un docente líder

Abstract
El liderazgo, fundamental para la formación profesional actual, se centra en la administración educativa y poco en los profesores en la clase. Este artículo reflexivo revisa atributos del ‘ser’ docente líder como ‘persona’ y 'mente', a partir de las teorías de Gardner (-Leading Minds-), Maslow (Jerarquía de Necesidades), y Goleman y Senge (Triple Focus Approach). El artículo describe el liderazgo y su rol en la formación de docentes, continúa proponiendo atributos según el enfoque S.E.P.A.S (término propio: Sentir, Expresar, Pensar, Actuar, Saber) y finaliza con interrogantes para la reflexión de docentes.
